Welcome to Northstar

Northstar is located near the corner of NE116th St and 167th Pl NE in Redmond. The Northstar HOA has the following mission:

  • Promoting community awareness and neighborhood social events.
  • Taking care of common property including the park and grass strips throughout the neighborhood.
  • Helping maintain homeowner value through enforcement of the Northstar CC&Rs
  • Advocating civic involvement with the City of Redmond.

Important Reminders for Homeowners

The 2021 Annual Meeting was held on December 7, 2021.

Dues for 2022 are $675 and are due by FEBRUARY 15, 2022.

Reminders for keeping our neighborhood great:

  • We love pets, but please make sure to clean up after your dog. Keep dogs on your property, on a leash, or under your verbal command at all times.
  • Bring in your trash/recycle/yard waste cans no later than Tuesday morning.
  • Keep lawn mowed and weeds under control. Trees/plants/shrubs must not extend beyond property lines, including into the sidewalk. Trees/plants/shrubs should also be trimmed back away from your home.
  • Take down holiday decorations within 30 days of the holiday.
  • Park in your garage or driveway, leave street parking for guests.
  • Get to know your neighbors, this is our community!
