When to Contact the HOA Board

If you see suspicious activity or have an emergency dial 9-1-1

You should contact the HOA board for approval before:

  • Changing the exterior color of your house
  • Installing a fence
  • Performing a remodel that changes the silhouette of your home (changes the outside size/shape of your home)

Other reasons to contact the HOA board:

  • You have concerns about common property (like the park or grass and trees on sidewalk strips)
  • You are having a problem with a mailbox
  • You are having problems with a neighbor that you are unable to resolve (please attempt to work with your neighbor directly before contacting the HOA)
  • You have billing concerns about your HOA Annual Dues
  • You want to help with a community event like the annual picnic or multi-family garage sale
